Jerilyn Sawyer originates from Rhode Island with a hearty northern attitude and a love of country music stemming from her youngest memories. She entered the sphere as a child performing artist where her voice could be heard anywhere from the NASCAR racetracks and greens of Foxboro Stadium to on-stage with a former Vice President of the United States. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Sawyer worked alongside world-renowned songwriters, lawyers, composers, conductors, and performers to perfect her craft and expand her musical palette both in the creative and business sphere.
After graduating, Sawyer dove into the business behind the music on an international level, working with a Sydney-based management company. Upon landing a job in a management firm in Nashville, Sawyer relocated and found herself immersed in all spokes of the entertainment industry before opening her own company with current business partner, Garner. She has worked with with Dolly Parton, KC and the Sunshine Band, Brenda Lee, Richie Sambora, Kenny G, and Keifer Sutherland, to name a few.
Sawyer’s passion to continuously develop skills led to a radio charting single in 2016 by Sony Music Nashville recording artist, Candi Carpenter, titled “Burn the Bed, “ which made it’s debut in Rolling Stone in early 2017. An Ambassador to Berklee College of Music for Nashville, Sawyer continues today providing tools, resources, and networking opportunities for young professionals, including mentorships through her songwriting group, Coffee Shop Write Night.
